Frequently asked questions
Yes! There’s ample free parking directly in front of our studio. Depending on how busy our neighbouring shops and restaurants are in the evening, this car park may be busy or full. There’s an additional car park on the beach side of the road, and curb-side is also an option on the surrounding streets.
Absolutely! We offer an Intro Pass to new clients for only $50 so you can try us out and feel the vibe. This includes 5 class passes over a two week period. It’s a great opportunity to try 2 classes in one week and 3 classes in the other and get a feel for how you can work Pilates into your schedule before then deciding between a membership or class pack.
Not at all! We welcome all levels, and our instructors provide variations to suit your ability. Even if you have some experience, we recommend starting with the Fundamentals class to get a feel for how we do things. From here, you can chat with your instructor about other levels and when it would be suitable to join them.
While we don’t currently offer specific classes for children or babies, we do have space for your little ones to hang whilst you train if need be. We like to keep in mind the comfort of everyone in the studio, so we ask that children are able to be settled and quietly playing for the full 45 minutes. They are not permitted to roam around the studio on their own or play with any equipment and, whilst we do our part to care for them, their safety and wellbeing are ultimately the responsibility of the parent.
Neighbourly is more than a studio – it’s a community. We offer connection, coastal energy, curated classes, and a whole vibe you won’t find anywhere else. Although we love Pilates and the benefits it brings, we also like to have fun, not take ourselves too seriously, and create a space that is truly welcoming and inclusive to all ages, body shapes, and abilities. Each class can be modified to suit the individual and we aim to ensure everyone is thriving and feeling like they’re right where they need to be.
