ABOUT NEIGHBOURLY

Movement, mindset, community

– and a little bit of fun by the sea.

Neighbourly is a reformer Pilates studio and community space on the Aldinga Beach Esplanade, built around one pretty simple idea – feeling good should include more than just the workout.

We move, we connect, we have a laugh, and sometimes the reformers disappear altogether so the studio can become something completely different.

THE STORY

Neighbourly started with a pretty simple idea – create the kind of place I’d want to spend time in myself.

After years working across hospitality, fitness, coaching and people-focused roles, I wanted to bring the best parts of those worlds together under one roof.

Somewhere you can move your body, feel welcome when you walk in alone, know the people around you, have a coffee, join something social, try something new – or just come in for Pilates and head home feeling better than when you arrived.

That’s really what Neighbourly is

– a place built around people feeling good.

THE NEIGHBOURLY BIT

You don’t need to be a Pilates person, know anyone here or arrive looking like you’ve got your life together.

Neighbourly has always been about making it easy to walk through the door, feel comfortable and find your place – whether you come for a class, a stroll, an event, a coffee or something we haven’t thought of yet.

Come on your own. Bring your people. Either way, you’re welcome here.

MEET THE TEAM

The faces you’ll find around the studio.

B / BIANCA

48 brain tabs open at all times.

Expect dancing while you pulse, giggling through the burn and at least one wildly unrelated anecdote.

Banned from coffee.

FREHD

President of puns and good times.

Host, all-round people person and usually the one making sure everyone feels included, looked after and part of the fun.
