Neighbourly Strolls: #TWO! is our second community walk, and we’d love you to be part of it - either again, or for the first time!
Join us on Sunday May the 11th (Mother's Day) for a feel-good morning of movement, sunshine, and connection. We'll meet in the studio from an 8:00 am for coffee and meets, start our fun and guided warm-up at 8:45 am, and then set off at 9am for a relaxed 45-minute loop along the beautiful Aldinga Beach coastline.
After the walk, you're welcome to stick around! Our studio coffee house will be open 'til 11 am with Sunday tunes, relaxed vibes, and plenty of friendly faces.
